Our structured manicure rebalance includes the removal of previous design/colour application, debulking, nail health assessment, nail plate & nail fold preparation and shaping, followed by a structured reapplication of product. You can choose from clear or nude colours, and if you desire gel polish or nail art, be sure to select the relevant additional service for the complete pampering experience.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the planned treatment cost. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur an 80% charge of the planned treatment cost. No-Shows • Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In this case, 80% of the treatment cost will be charged, and this may affect your ability to make future bookings. Rescheduling • Rescheduling is allowed with sufficient notice. If an appointment is rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, it will be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly. Children and Babies • Please refrain from bringing young children or babies to your appointment. Failure to comply will result in refusal of treatment and an 80% cancellation charge. Payment of Fees • Cancellation fees must be settled by the time of the missed appoint ment. Failure to do so may affect your ability to book future treatments.
