Cancellation Policy
Cancellations • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the planned treatment cost. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur an 80% charge of the planned treatment cost. No-Shows • Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In this case, 80% of the treatment cost will be charged, and this may affect your ability to make future bookings. Rescheduling • Rescheduling is allowed with sufficient notice. If an appointment is rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, it will be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly. Children and Babies • Please refrain from bringing young children or babies to your appointment. Failure to comply will result in refusal of treatment and an 80% cancellation charge. Payment of Fees • Cancellation fees must be settled by the time of the missed appoint ment. Failure to do so may affect your ability to book future treatments.
